Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and manuals, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
